New singers, welcome to the audition!

We're a happy group of singers who want to make some good music together. Welcome to join us! This season we'll be singing for example Mozart's Requiem together with a symphony orchestra, and on 2009 we'll make a Big Celebration for the 20th anniversary of Cantinovum.

The auditions for new singers take place on Wednesday September 10 at 6.00 p.m., and Tuesday September 16 at 4.30 p.m. You can choose the day that suits better to your plans. The place to be is the Music School of Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences. The address is Pitkäkatu 18-22, room 225.

We hope that you have some previous experience in singing in a choir, as well as some basic skills of reading notes.

At the audition you may perform one free-will song.
Cantinovum rehearses on Tuesdays at 6.00-9.30 p.m., so please check that the time is good for you. The rehearsals are in Finnish, but we can help you also in English (or Hungarian, German, French, Spanish etc.) :)
